Erciyas Law Firm is an Ankara based full service law firm, founded by ErtuÄŸrul Erciyas in 1980. With ethical, disciplined working, the firm has grown to its current size combining experienced, and new generation dynamic lawyers.The firm offers its local and international clients high quality legal services in wide range of practise areas of private law with its experienced lawyers.
The firm provides tailor-made legal solutions to individual clients inline with their personel legal needs as well as institutional and corporate clients for matching their structural legal requirements. Erciyas especially considers legal advices and services being functional, practical and effective.
While providing legal services to our clients, we spend our energy not only on legal texts and regulations, but also on understanding the industry we serve. Thus, we find the answers to the most difficult legal problems within the sectors themselves.

Our firm has been providing litigation services for more than 40 years continuously in our own offices in Istanbul and in Ankara along with contracted offices in other provinces.
This solid experience of almost 40 years in legal profession and our expertise in litigation in various practices, allows us to predict the outcome of legal dispute with almost great certainty. Sharing our ability to predict the outcome of a case with our clients and presenting alternative dispute resolution ways in their favor, thereby providing the most suitable legal resolution in favor of our clients, enables us to conclude the legal dispute of client in the shortest possible time and with the most suitable legal resolution.

IT-based and cost effective collective file pursuit
We have significant experience and know-how in the field of IT. Recently, Turkey has made significant IT investments in the field of judicial services. Within the framework of Uyap project of Ministry of Justice, it is possible to file a case online or to initiate execution pursuits. Complying those standarts, we have established necessary IT infrastructure in our office and integrating with this system, we have configured our attorney’s services parelell with the needs and cost policies of the clients.
During this term, we established necessary infrastructure using our experience and technology gathered in the office; we ran litigation and reporting services for more than 5,000 cases (arbitration panel, administrative fines, consumer cases) for worldwide operating well known consumer electronics firms, renowed automotive manufacturing companies and other companies on digital platform using cost and time-efficiently designed infrastructure. We are glad to follow the efficient litigation and effective solution of active settlements without further actions which results increasing customer satisfaction.
Owing to these practices, in some particular cases, we were given the opportunity to arrange all business processes of the client, including training of post-sales department. Even, we have been offered to provide all services, including organization of post-sales department by the client.

Consultancy on Management
Our founder ErtuÄŸrul Erciyas, since 1980 and one of our partners Nihat Erciyas since 1998, provide legal services to various sectors. Thus, we provided advisory services to company managements, especially to foreign clients, in company management and mergers/takeovers, regarding avoidance of fundamental mistakes which are not covered in written rules of law in Turkey, not predictable, and based on experience. Our essential principle is to avoid disorderly conducts and actions of companies within Turkish Laws and relevant regulations along with the fundamental aim of making profits.
